CORI Policies and Procedures Information
Hello all!
As we prepare for soccer activities, whatever they may look like, this fall I want to update you on registration for adults and credentials. MYSA has migrated BACK to the Affinity platform for registrations and CORI information. What this means for most coaches is that, since you previously "existed" in Affinity/Stack platforms, your information and risk statuses will be "migrated" to the new (hopefully permanent) system.
Below is the link going over the process which includes a few steps:
Logging in as a returning User and verifying your personal data
Making sure your registration is current- this will entail checking boxes for compliance agreements
Receiving a confirmation email with a link back to your account
Instructions under the "My Account" tab to complete any missing sections of your credentialing

One you receive your account verification email proceed to the My Account tab, selecting yourself (Vs your players) and clicking Certificates in the center of the screen. This will direct you to all of your required certifications with links to watch the video classes as well as portals to upload your drivers license and completion certificates for Safe Sport and Concussion training.
It should be understood by all adult participants that the registration process is now fully operational. There is not any more "grace period" for completing these requirements. Any fall activities will demand that coaches and Board members be FULLY compliant and carry credentials to all soccer activities.
