Leominster Youth Soccer requires coaches and assistant coaches to complete the "Free Online Concussion Training" by the CDC. It is a 20-30 minute on-line training.
Once you complete the training, please print out your certificate or save it as a pdf and forward to your appropriate director (Intown Director, Boys Travel Director, Girls Travel Director. ) If you coach more than one age group, you may forward it to the oldest age group you coach.
